In-Office Review Collection
When your patients check in using the PatientReach tablet application (included with your Solutionreach service), they can immediately review your practice while they are sitting in your waiting room. It keeps them entertained while they wait and it generates reviews.
While patients are in your office, you can ask them record their review of your practice and then push the video out across the web using our video testimonial tool SR Video. SR Video is included with your Solutionreach service, capturing happy patients on video and utilizing that review to boost your online reputation and your search engine results!
Automated Review Collection
When your practice sends automated post-appointment surveys, patients can have the option to complete a review from within the questionnaire before submitting their survey response.
With Solutionreach, your automated appointment reminders can be customized to include a button right at the bottom of the reminder email, inviting patients to quickly leave a review of your practice. They are then immediately directed to one of the review sites that need help at that time (as detected by our tools for online reputation management).
Targeted Review Collection
