It’s always great to attend a show where we get to see so many of our happy customers. Last week we spent some time at our Nation’s Capital for AACD 2012. It was a wonderful opportunity to catch up with customers, introduce our comprehensive service to new practices and, to be a part of a unique community of dentists. Your success stories about recare, appointment requests, garnering online reviews and being connected with your patients through social media are inspirational to other practices.
This year we decided to try something new by bringing our 20 X 40 booth to the conference! This was its maiden voyage and it did not disappoint with its open layout and relaxed atmosphere (not to mention the tempting “candy bar”). We hope everyone enjoyed spending time in our booth as much as much as we did!
As I thought about some of the comments we heard about our new booth, I couldn’t help but make a correlation. Just like many of you crossed over that symbolic line from the aisle carpet into our booth on the expo floor, patients make that same crossing everyday over your front door thresholds and they do it for many of the same reasons. They like what they see and hear. The surroundings and staff are inviting. The services you offer are well-respected and top-notch. Keep this in mind when working with your patients and you’ll keep them coming through the door.
