Moving Patients From Consultation to Treatment

Many specialties (orthodontics, aesthetics, etc.) experience the same thing over and over again--patients coming in for a free consultation but never moving on to treatment. But even specialties that don't offer free consultations have to deal with patients who fail to come in for necessary treatment. This hurts both the patient and the healthcare organization. In this video, Kevin McFadyen walks us through some things we can do to get patients to move ahead with treatment.
