With several holidays approaching, now is a perfect time to reach out and bolster patient loyalty.

Holiday-related newsletters and/or social media posts are not only festive, but also incredibly functional. For example, an orthodontics practice may send a Halloween-themed newsletter to patients with braces reminding them of candies to be weary of versus braces-safe treats. At the bottom of the newsletter, they may add a call-to-action button for an appointment. Something as relevant and as easy as this is a great way to show patients you care, while also providing them easy access to scheduling an appointment. Try sitting down with your office staff and planning out your holiday newsletter calendar together. You can get creative with special offers relevant to your office.
