We've made a couple of updates to SR Spotlight. First, when a person calls, you’ll now see a timestamp, the callers name, and phone number (regardless of whether they’re a patient or not), and the ability to copy and paste the phone number with the click of a button.
The second update allows you to pick which tasks appear on the pop-up screen. Simply navigate to the Spotlight page in the platform and check which action items you care to address with the patient on the phone.
