Solutionreach has long been the leader in helping you recall current patients for needed care. We’ve now made it even easier to configure your recall settings. Simply click on the edit button and you’re on your way.
Here you’ll find many more options to edit a Default Event. You can adjust the number of maximum overdue messages, change visit frequency, and add options for Appointment Overdue messages, giving your staff even more control of how you reach out to patients.
One of everyone’s favorite features in Solutionreach is SR Conversations. It gives your staff the ability to have ongoing text communication with patients who are not in your office, so you can spend more time with those who are! And since it works through text messaging, patients don’t have to download a separate app.

This month, we’ve improved how SR Conversations works for organizations with multiple locations. Simply log in once, and on the left you can see all of the locations in your organization, including a red notification dot for any unread messages. Whether you have dozens of locations with a contact center or just a few with a centralized staff, Conversations is now even easier for you to use.
