Here at Solutionreach, our CEO, Josh Weiner, recently challenged us to be more transparent around our products and product updates. We realize that our success is dependent on your success. We see this as a great opportunity to further develop our partnership with you.
We are happy to announce we are building in transparency around the product and product updates in three primary ways.
- First, Customers are now able to view the Product Status at any moment by going to http://status.solutionreach.com/. Here you are able to view the current product status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can even subscribe and receive text or email updates when statuses change.
- Second, we’ve also added Release Notes under Resources in the Customer Community. This page will keep you up to date on our most recent updates to our platform and add-on products. Learn everything you need to know about product releases and how they impact your organization.
- And last but not least, we are refreshing our product beta program. We value customer feedback and want to make sure we offer a flawless user experience before releasing it to general availability.
