Here at Solutionreach, our CEO, Josh Weiner, recently challenged us to be more transparent around our products and product updates. We realize that our success is dependent on your success. We see this as a great opportunity to further develop our partnership with you.

We are happy to announce we are building in transparency around the product and product updates in three primary ways.

    1. First, Customers are now able to view the Product Status at any moment by going to http://status.solutionreach.com/. Here you are able to view the current product status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can even subscribe and receive text or email updates when statuses change.
    2. Second, we’ve also added Release Notes under Resources in the Customer Community. This page will keep you up to date on our most recent updates to our platform and add-on products. Learn everything you need to know about product releases and how they impact your organization.
    3. And last but not least, we are refreshing our product beta program. We value customer feedback and want to make sure we offer a flawless user experience before releasing it to general availability. Our first beta releases under our new guidelines include the SR Conversations website widget and another for SR Conversations Android mobile app. To learn more about our beta program and to sign-up, please visit the Product News blog by clicking here!

Again, we realize that your success is inseparable from ours. The launch of the Product Status service, Release Notes page, and the refreshing of our beta program is just the beginning. We will continue to explore new ways to increase product transparency to strengthen our partnership with you.
