This month in Product News we have three exciting updates you are going to love. Let's just cut to the chase:

  1. We've developed a new Guide Center as the go-to place for helpful resources in learning to use the platform.
  2. SR Spotlight now offers call reporting to track call effectiveness.
  3. And coming soon, patient preferred language will now sync language preference information from your PM/EHR and allow you to create and automatically assign messages in that language.

If you haven't started using SR Pay, get started now! Easily send payment requests straight to your patients’ phones via text right in SR Conversations. SR Pay also allows your patients to securely pay their outstanding balance directly from a smartphone without logging into a portal.
