SRC 2.0: Added “None” Filter Option on Appointments Calendar

    • Some appointments were disappearing from the calendar when switching between filters because they didn’t contain the information that was necessary to filter appointments by on the calendar. To reduce confusion and provide easier troubleshooting, we have added a “none” option to filter appointments by.

    What you need to know:

    • We added a “None” option for the following filters:
      • Provider
      • Location
      • Appointment Type

Surveys: Remove survey link in footer

    remove survey link footer screenshotWhy?

    • Some practices want the ability to use the post-appointment survey message as a thank you with other content that isn't related to our survey. Because of this and since it is no longer best practice for emails, we are removing the link in the footer so that patients don't accidentally click on it and submit surveys when practices use it for different messaging.

    What you need to know:

    • The survey token will still link to the survey.
    • The token can be removed to allow the user to use the message in other ways.

    Other Highlights

    • SRC 2.0: Appointments tab header overlaid on location selector in Multi-Location
      • When the appointments tab and the location selector were open, the appointment info header was overlaid on top of the location selector panel. This prevented some locations from being selectable if they were under the header.
    • SR Intake: Update PDF header from Patient Background to Demographic Information
      • For a consistent experience, we want to ensure that the PDF section headers/titles match the section titles.
    • Review Invitations: Updated the links on the Overview page
      • The Community Article links on the Review Invitations - Overview page were no longer valid. They have been updated.
    • Newsletters: Improved load performance
      • Newsletter editor load time improvements.
    • Backend: Database Performance
      • Improve DB performance in an effort to have our applications be more responsive and send messages more quickly.
      • Removing unused code to mitigate security vulnerabilities.
      • Upgraded software libraries to improve security.
