SR UPDATES

Appointments 2.0: Add Corporate Intake Packets to Send Intake

Why? 

  • We want to provide feature parity for sending Intake throughout our system. This update is to include Corporate Intake Packets that were created in Location Hub as options when sending from the Appointments calendar in the new experience.

What you need to know:

  • Corporate intake packets are listed in send intake packet options, if there is a packet available.
  • Corporate intake packets appear in the Corporate Packets section at the bottom of the list.

Birthdays: Updated Spanish and French Birthday Template Titles

Why? 

  • We want to be consistent in our naming conventions of all our templates and use the English word since it is practice-facing, and all the other text is in the English language.

What you need to know:

  • Birthday template titles were updated in all verticals in individual platforms and Location Hub.
  • *Birthday – Español was changed to *Birthday – Spanish.
  • *Birthday – Français was changed to *Birthday – French.
  • *Birthday – Feliz Cumpleaños (Video) was changed to *Birthday – Happy Birthday – Spanish (Video).

Location Hub: Display Error for Failed Newsletters

Why? 

  • It’s important for our customers to know if their newsletters have been sent, sending is still in progress, or if the send was unsuccessful so that they understand what their next action might need to be.

What you need to know:

  • A newsletter becomes “Unsuccessful” after 24 hours of not sending.
  • The “Unsuccessful” status is displayed in the Date Sent column.
  • Previously, there was not an indication if the newsletter was unsuccessful in sending. It just perpetually said, “Sending …”.
  • We updated all the unsuccessful newsletters in our system that had the “Sending” status.

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS

  • Review Invitations: Unable to send Review Invitations via Action List 
    • Users were unable to send review invitations through text messages when sending from the Action List. Clicking on send when a phone number or new phone text is selected did not do anything. This was fixed on 9/9/22.
  • Microsite and Social Media tabs missing 
    • Some clients were not able to access their Microsite or Social Media tabs. This was fixed on 9/9/22.
  • SR Reputation Engine: After drill down users only see one location in the Reputation Manager
    • SRRE Location Hub Users were not seeing all locations in SRRE after visiting a single location. This has been resolved and all locations will appear when looking at the Location Hub SRRE Dashboard.
  • Backend: Delete unused code
    • Removed unused code from the SRP code base helps streamline engineering processes and use production computing resources more effectively.
  • Backend: Enhancing processing services
    • Improved database transaction management to increase SRP reliability.
