SR UPDATES

Location Hub: Create a Message Settings Report

Why?

  • Location Hub customers frequently want to know what their settings are across their organization. We created this report to make it easier to see what each of the location’s settings are so that users can audit their locations and make any necessary updates.

What you need to know:

  • Includes information about:
    • Reminders
    • Post/Missed Appointment Reminders
    • Recall
    • Eyewear
    • Birthday
    • Post-Appointment Surveys
    • SR Conversations + 10DLC
    • SR Schedule
    • SR Reputation Engine
    • Additional + Practice Settings (such as CareCredit)
  • This is based on the settings that are currently in place at the time the report is run.
  • Note: If the account is not subscribed to a feature, the columns will be blank but still appear on the report.

Post-Appointment Survey Thank You Page

Why?

  • SR Reputation Engine Pro clients want to be able to collect as many reviews online as possible. Connecting post-appointment surveys with Reputation Engine Pro will help our customers build up their online reputation by providing the ability for patients to easily share their post-appointment survey reviews on Google & Facebook.
  • Some clients have referral programs outside of SR and want the ability to remove the referral request from the Survey Thank You page.

What you need to know:

  • Review collection is disabled by default.
  • How to edit the Thank You page:
    • Go to Manage Patient Messages, then click Surveys, Post-Appointment Surveys, and then click Edit.
    • Go to the SR Reputation Engine Settings page (collect reviews only).
  • Users will be able to select one of the following Thank You page options, depending on their SRRE subscription:
    • Requires SR Reputation Engine Pro subscription
    • Requires SR Reputation Engine Pro subscription
    • Thank You (only)
    • Thank You with Referral Request
    • Thank You with Review Request
    • Thank You with Review Request & Referral Requests
  • Review Requests – If a patient has left a survey (microsite) review, they will be presented with the option to copy that review and post to Google or Facebook.

SR Conversations: Website Widget available to Canadian offices

Why?

  • Due to some previous restrictions, Canadian customers were not able to use the SR Conversations website widget. We have now given them access to utilize the widget.

What you need to know:

  • Customers who have SRC 2.0 will access the website widget settings inside the Settings page of SRC 2.0.
    • If they are using the old SRC experience, they will need to toggle to SRC 2.0 to adjust these settings.
  • If the customer does not have SRC 2.0, they will access the website widget settings inside the SR Conversations Settings page in the Platform.

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS

  • Newsletters: Remove Outdated Adobe Flash Warning
    • Adobe ended support for Adobe Flash on Dec. 31, 2020. We removed an outdated Adobe Flash warning from the Newsletters Detail Report in the Platform.
  • Location Hub: Appointments Report is always in Mountain Time
    • We fixed a bug where the appt times listed in the Location Hub Appointments report were incorrect. This seemed to be related to timezone, and did not seem to be an issue for offices in Mountain time.
