UPDATES
SR Intake: Append Unique ID to end of Intake File Name written back to the PM
Some syncs could not always writeback due to the non uniqueness of the file name. To correct this issue we have completed this ticket, which will improve SR Intake writebacks with the integrations we have.
BUG FIXES
Platform: Personnel Accounts Created by Send Test Cannot be Deleted
Due to the fact that the Send Test sections within the platform had an “+Add Personnel” button there was confusion around why they did not appear in the Personnel section of the platform. These “personnel” are created solely to send tests and do not create official personnel users. To reduce confusion we have updated the button to read “+Add Test Recipient” and enhanced the experience for editing and deleting these recipients.
What you need to know:- Recipients added here are for testing purposes only and a personnel user will not be created
- Test recipients will have the ability to be edited or deleted within the Send Test sections
- Tests can still be sent to Personnel users, which will continue to appear here, and are indicated by blue text and a clickable link to the personnel’s account
Platform: Groups preview should always use standard mobile-friendly template layout
Last week’s release included a change that made group messages mobile-friendly but some clients that had custom templates were not seeing the mobile-friendly template preview even though the template was sent using the mobile-friendly layout. This has been updated to always show for group messages.
SR Conversations Mobile App: New message button freezing when selected in the app
When the “New Message” button was selected in the SR Conversations mobile app, the app would freeze. This has been updated to work correctly.
