SR Intake: Add a legalese option to the Signature question type in Questionnaires

SR Intake users want to be able to include legal wording along with the signature type questions on intake forms so that patients are legally bound when completing intake forms. The following wording has been added as an option which can be used on signature questions, which is also displayed on the PDF of the intake form:

"I acknowledge and agree that by entering my name in the signature and submitting this form digitally, this constitutes an electronic signature as defined by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act and that this document is non-refutable, valid and legally binding." This wording is not editable.

SR Intake: Filter on the Quick View page

SR Intake users want the ability to filter the information found on the Quick View tab of SR Intake. These added options will provide customers with an easier way to identify actions that need to be taken with their patients, track invitations that have been sent, and download completed packets.

    Filters added include:

    • Last Message Sent Date Range

    • Packet Name

    • Packet Status

    • Icon Status

    • Completed Date Range

SR Intake: Provide an option to download multiple completed packets

Currently downloading multiple intake packets requires users to click each document, one by one, which can be frustrating and time consuming. This release works together with the ticket above to provide users with the ability to download all packets in a filter range, as PDFs. All the packets are downloaded for that range as a zip file and if the file size is too large, multiple zip files will be created.

    What you need to know:
Users will want to filter first to reduce the number of completed intake packets that are downloaded.
