    • Providing customers different options for how often we send automated SR Smart Reviews invitations
    • Allowing customers to arrange the contents in intake packets any way they wish
    • Clarifying labels on the Phone Details report



    SR Smart Reviews: Customizable Automated Smart Review Delivery Frequency

    Customers want the ability to determine how frequently automated SR Smart Reviews invitations are sent to the same patient. This release grants additional control that allows them to send review invitations to patients at a frequency they feel is appropriate to their practice.

    What you need to know:

    • When activating automated Smart Reviews, users now have the ability to select between frequencies of 3, 6, or 12 months
    • Current customers with automated Smart Reviews will continue to have the setting set to 12 months; however they can change this setting at any time
    • New customers will have the default frequency of 6 months

    SR Intake: Allow demographics, questionnaires, and additional forms to be in a custom order

    SR Intake users want the ability to arrange the contents of intake packets however they choose. For example, a questionnaire may need to be completed after an additional form has been signed. This release allows users to control how the different forms in an intake packet are delivered to patients.

    What you need to know:

    • This update will not affect the order of forms within existing packets, but they can be reordered at any time
    • By checking the option next to the demographics, forms, and questionnaires they are added to the packet
    • By unchecking the option next to the demographics, forms, and questionnaires they are removed from the packet
    • A 'handle' allows the user to drag and drop the demographics, questionnaires, and additional forms to reorder them
    • When intake forms are presented to the patient, the demographics, questionnaires, and additional forms will appear in the order that was set on the packet

    Platform: Phone Details report - update Enabled and Patient column values

    Users want to more clearly understand the information in the Phone Details report so that they can act on the information presented and maintain the integrity of the patient device information they have collected.

    What you need to know:

    • In the “Enabled” column, the “true” / “false” labels have been updated to “yes” / “no”
    • In the “Patient” column "(null)" or “()” will no longer be shown if a patient ID is unavailable

    Practice Select: Fix Sent Message Stats Report shifting sent date to previous month

    The Practice Select Sent Message Stats report is shifting the data for messages sent to the month prior when generating the report for customers in other timezones. For example, data reported for messages sent in February would actually be data for March. This has been fixed in this release.

    Platform: Appointment date and time isn't showing up on Non-HTML confirmation notifications

    A small subset of our customers have non-HTML confirmation notifications sent to their practice. These notifications were missing the appointment information. We have updated these notifications to include this important information.
