LIke EHRs, these factors impact satisfaction and success. When looking at ongoing support, Higgins also suggests that services that take some burden off providers are also helpful. For example, help with creating, launching, and tracking marketing campaings or consulting that walks a practice through best practices and provides additional training on how to implement them.
