Using this information, Solutionreach automatically sends appointment reminders to patients via text, email, and/or phone message.
Solutionreach has also chosen to support Compulink’s API ‘write-back’ functionality to automatically post confirmations directly into the Compulink software, eliminating the need for practice staff to update and transfer information from one product to another.
Through this integration, Solutionreach also enables providers to create customized groups within their Compulink system in order to assist in educating and empowering patients with the latest health updates that relate to them specifically so that each patient feels like they matter.
