iOS app lets providers text patients from their smartphone

SR Conversations gives practices the ability to text-enable their existing office phone number so patients can easily communicate through text. The new mobile app addition lets providers stay in contact with their patients by allowing them to text from their smartphone. Providers now have true “anytime, anywhere” access to manage their practice.

The SR Conversations mobile app includes all of the features available on the desktop version through the convenience of a smartphone. Through the app, providers can:

  • Flag incoming messages for follow-up
  • Archive messages
  • Create group or private messages
  • Access the HIPAA consent tool
  • Send and receive emojis
