On December 4, Vision Monday and 20/20 Magazine announced the 9th annual EyeVote Readers’ Choice Award selections. This survey aims to identify readers’ favorite products and companies of the year. Solutionreach was the winner in three categories, including best patient engagement system.
According to the release, optical retailers and ECP readers of the two Jobson Medical Information publications were asked to identify their “favorite” products in 14 distinct categories: optical frames, spectacle lenses, sunglasses, contact lenses, optical equipment and supplies, diagnostic equipment, practice management software, EHR software, online ordering website, best optical app, patient engagement systems, and dispensing/measuring fitting systems. This year’s survey featured two new categories: Rx sun lenses and for profit businesses or brands that have Social Purpose missions.
Selected companies were chosen based on both brand and company choices supplied by readers. This year’s survey spanned a wide range of product brands and product groups. The three categories where Solutionreach was named as the winner were:
