Comprehensive Patient Communication Service Receives Prestigious Business Award

Solutionreach, a comprehensive patient communication service, is being honored by Inc. Magazine with a #546 ranking in the publication’s prestigious Inc. 5000 list. The high ranking places Solutionreach in the top 15% of Inc. 5000’s annual list of fastest-growing private companies in America. Solutionreach is being recognized for its revolutionary patient messaging software system, currently utilized by over 6,000 doctors nationwide. For decades, Inc. Magazine has paid tribute to the nation’s most innovative business leaders, and continues this legacy into 2009 with its highly-anticipated Inc. 5000 Conference and Awards Ceremony in Washington, D.C. from September 23 – 25.

Solutionreach is further honored by being ranked #32 in Software from the same list. A growth rate of 494% over the past 3 years was one of the largest contributing factors to their high ranking. The growth rate of Solutionreach was more than 9 times the average growth rate of other companies in the software industry and more than double the average growth rate of other Inc 5000 companies.

Inc. Magazine distinguishes companies for their remarkable achievements and positive contributions to the global economy, and Solutionreach is no exception. Pioneered by Founder and CEO Jim Higgins, Solutionreach began with a vision for where technology was moving and how that shift might improve the doctor patient relationship. Today, the company leverages electronic healthcare messaging and communication to help doctors effectively communicate with over 10 million patients nationwide.

“I attribute our growth solely to the value the service brings into the practice,” says Higgins. “That value is created because all of our features and technologies are purpose driven. A typical practice using Solutionreach will make more than $50,000 in its first year just in recare income alone, and that doesn’t even include all of the other ancillary benefits like patient referrals, practice marketing, and client loyalty. The feedback we receive from doctors, assures that the technologies we put into the service will be exactly the practice building tools they need.”

Under Higgins’ leadership, the company experienced rapid growth and profitability since its inception in 2000. Solutionreach has brought innovation and originality to client-patient relationships, as it is the first to feature text-to-cell phone messaging in a communication system. The Inc. 5000 title puts Solutionreach amongst an elite group including Microsoft, Timberland, Intuit, Jamba Juice, and Oracle.
