When you use communication tools from Solutionreach, you can change the default settings for each patient, personalize content, and effectively communicate whatever sort of message you are trying to convey via 1 on 1 or mass patient correspondence tools.

Solutionreach makes it simple to adjust the schedule settings for the messages that you send to your patients, with the system maintaining default preferences to dictate the message schedule for patients whose preferences haven’t been individually specified.

Within your Solutionreach dashboard, you can customize how many reminders a patient will receive, and when those messages will be sent. When a patient schedules an appointment, your front-end staff can ask them when they would like to be reminded. If a patient wants an immediate confirmation message, a message two days out, and then another two hours prior to their appointment – no problem!

You can also choose which type of message will go out at which point, and create settings for determining which message a patient will receive depending on whether or not they have already confirmed their appointment with the confirmation options that are built in to the messages.

Many practices don’t want reminders to go out on specific days or during specific times, so restrictions can also be set to accommodate those preferences.

To help you engage every patient, Solutionreach lets you tailor the communication method for individual patients according to what form of message will reach them most effectively. Patients can receive emails, texts, or landline phone calls. Multi-lingual messaging is available to ensure that every patient receives the right message.

The intuitive Solutionreach platform will determine the appropriate message type based upon the available patient information, and then a patient’s individual preferences can be set manually by either your staff or the patient themselves.

When a patient schedules an appointment, front-end staff can customize messages to be received via text, email or both. If a patient isn’t tech-savvy, messages can be automatically sent to a landline instead.

The office staff can change settings as they interact with patients, or patients can change their own preferences either through the patient portal (which is included with your Solutionreach service.).
