October 2, 2018 | 10 am PT/1 PM ET
Not to sound repetitive but the consumerization of healthcare is a real thing that is going to impact your practice more and more. Studies have shown that patients want to be more involved in decision making, they want more personal connections with their providers, and they want more access and convenience. But sometimes all those statistics hide the human reality behind the numbers. For that, you need real stories from people who have been there.
Join us for a free webinar where three well-known patient advocates will provide their insights on what patients want and how you can provide it.
