Voice Reminders to Mobile Device
This month we have also made a pretty exciting update to our voice reminders, which allow you to send automated voice reminder messages to a mobile device. In other words, voice reminder messages are no longer limited to landlines.
To enable this feature, you will need to update the patient's preferences. Simply navigate to the patient's profile, click on their phone number, and check the box ("Use this number to send voice calls instead of text messages").
