SRH UPDATES
Recall Deliverability Improvements
Historically, SRH Recall SMS messages were classified as marketing messages. TCPA limits marketing messages to 160 characters. Recall messages over 160 characters could only be delivered using voice or email mediums.
The SRH team took a deep dive into Recall to investigate and improve deliverability of Recall messages including Orders messages sent via Recall. Recall messages have been reclassified as healthcare and will no longer block SMS messages greater than 160 characters.
Other Improvements:
- The prevention of duplicate recall messages being sent when messages get rescheduled due to TCPA hours or customer configured blackout days.
- Patients will only get one recall message per unique recall due date and definition offset combination.
Sender Contact Group Warning Messages
Why?
Failures to provision sender contact group values via Configuration → Contact Groups have been ambiguous. No detail or action to resolve the issue has been presented to the user.
What you need to know:
Failure to provision sms phone numbers in sender contact groups now contain error details and actions that can be used to further resolve the issue.
The Configuration → Departments also displays a warning message when the the selected organization contains no provisioned values in the Department Contact section. This warning is meant to alert users of a potential configuration issue preventing messages from being sent by selected organization.
Addition of Recall data to the Patient Profile
Why?
Recall users need access to historical and upcoming Recall records in the Patient Profile
What you need to know:
Within a patient profile Recall users will be able to see previous and upcoming appointments and recall data.
New Itinerary Updates
The Itinerary can now display the arrive by time for appointments. We’ve also improved the mobile interface so that patients can easily view and accept their appointments.
Bug: Past Appointment Report Displaying Partial Information
From the Home page dashboard, when viewing the Past Appointment report. Information was previously cut off in the UI. This issue has been corrected.
