SUMMARY

In this release, we’ve focused on improving the customer experience by …

  • Rebranding the report boxes and browser logos.
  • Verifying the Merchant Enrollment request when pending enrollment or active with a merchant.
  • Showing an informational banner on the Action List when enrolled in an SR Schedule product.
  • Squashing bugs:
    • Notification Center Notifications Missing for some users.
    • Add Filter option for SR Schedule Basic and Make ‘Best Times’ a required field.
  • Improving security and enhancing the backend.

Rebrand: Update Report Boxes and Favicon

Why?

  • We have updated the report boxes and the SR logo for browser tabs for a professional UI and to be consistent in our branding.

What you need to know:

  • Areas affected include Action List, Intake, Conversations, and all browser tabs.
  • Each browser tab logo is unique to help users differentiate between tabs.
  • On the Conversations tab, the SR logo will change to a message icon with an unread dot when a new message is available in Conversations.

SR Pay: Merchant Enrollment Modal when pending enrollment or active

Why?

  • If a user has begun enrollment with a merchant, we block the connection to the other merchant, preventing accidental enrollment with two merchants.

What you need to know:

  • A modal will appear to verify the user wants to start enrollment with the new merchant or stick with their current merchant.

SR Schedule Basic: Appointment Request Banner on Action List

Why?

  • With the additional features and functionality in SR Schedule Basic, the Action List doesn’t provide enough functionality to accommodate the requests; because of this, we have provided a banner letting users know to use Notification Center or the Appointment Request Report to view their appointment requests.

What you need to know:

  • Appointment Request Report will link users to the report.
  • Notification Center allows users to mark appointments as Scheduled, Pending, or Not Scheduled.
  • Users will still receive email notifications for Appointment Requests, if subscribed.
  • Note: If you don’t have Notification Center, please request for it to be activated, or watch for it to appear in your account soon.
