Itinerary Page display ‘Arrive by’ time

Itinerary Page screen shotWhat you need to know:

When valid ‘arrive by’ time is provide in your appointment sync data, we will now show both ‘Arrive by’ and ‘Appointment start time’ on the Itinerary Page.

Criteria for ‘Arrive by’ to be displayed:

  • Valid ‘Arrive by’ time in appointment.
  • Must be before but not equal to the start time of appointment.
  • Must be less than 24-hour time difference between start time and arrive by time.

Writeback Improvements

  • Addition of Appointment Status, Location and Provider to Appointment Status
    • In order to update an EHR, some systems require appointment Status, provider and location to be available in the appointment status writeback.
  • Add Appointment ID to Intake Writeback
    • Reference ID for which appointment an Intake document was generated is now provided. This can be generated prior to attaching the document to a patient
  • Customer Support tool improvements will assist in troubleshooting

Various Bug Fixes

  • Address Source System ID Inaccuracies.
  • Core-point writeback integration improvement.
  • Missing recall dates.
