  • Improving the SR Pay Rectangle UI.
  • Giving users more time to opt into SR Schedule Basic.
  • Allowing Admin Personnel Accounts to sign the BAA.
  • Squashing bugs:
    • SR Pay: Payment status not always updated to Paid.
    • Action List: Some appointment requests cannot be cleared.
    • SR Reputation Engine: Location Hub Staff Users with limited practice access able to access all locations’ SRRE data.
    • Replying “STOP” from unknown phone number results in an error and practices no inbound message.
    • SR Schedule Pro: Reschedule links give 500 error when appt type has a special character.
    • SR Conversations goes blank when receiving incoming calls from unknown number.
  • Improving security and enhancing the backend.

 

BUGS

  • SR Pay: Payment status not always updated to Paid
    • Fixed a bug where not all paid payment requests were showing that they had been completed.
  • Action List: Remaining appointment requests cannot be removed
    • Some clients had appointment requests that were not clearing after the user had marked them as complete. This has been resolved.
  • SR Reputation Engine (SRRE): Location Hub Staff Users with limited SR practice access can access all locations’ SRRE data 
    • Some location hub users who should have had limited access to the locations in SRRE were able to access all locations. This has been resolved and users only have access to the locations they were assigned.
  • Replying “STOP” from non-patient phone number results in an error and practices don’t see the inbound message
    • If number not assigned to patient replied stop to a message, that message did not appear in the conversations thread, and an error was sent. Now these messages will be delivered to the practice and there is not an error.
  • SR Schedule Pro: Reschedule links give 500 error when appt type has a special character 
    • If a patient was sent the reschedule message and needed to pick a different time than the suggested times in the email, the link would result in an error if the appointment type had a special character. Now all links are successful and patients can reschedule for any time they choose.
  • SR Conversations goes blank when receiving incoming calls
    • There was a bug when an unknown number called, and go to patient spotlight was clicked it would result in a blank screen. This page will now open.

 

IMPROVEMENTS AND BACKEND

  • SR Pay Rectangle UI Fixes
    • We have improved the Rectangle Health UI to be more legible for patients.
  • SR Schedule Basic: Dashboard Message Change Date to Sept. 8, 2023 
    • We have extended the amount of time users have to opt into the new SR Schedule Basic to Sept. 8.
  • Admin Personnel Accounts Need to Have the Ability to sign the BAA
    • All admin users now have the ability to sign the BAA, not just the original admin user.
