Intake – QR Code and Website links now available for packets
Practices can now generate and share unique URLs and QR codes for intake packets, allowing patients to access and complete forms before their first visit. This enhancement streamlines onboarding and data collection by enabling flexible form sharing through links, downloads, or printed codes. The QR code and website links are available on both corporate and single practice packets.
Intake – Resend Forms from Take Action Calendar
Intake users can now resend intake forms directly from the Take Action Calendar without needing to access the platform. The resend option is available for forms in “Sent” or “Started” states, allowing users to select the devices and language before resending. Completed forms no longer display the resend button.

Conversations – New Open Conversations Button
The “Open Conversations” button has been updated in Practice Select and Dashboard/Overview to align with the Solutionreach brand and improve user experience. This change ensures a more professional, clear, and consistent appearance.
Dashboard – Recent Appointment Requests Tile
The dashboard’s Microsite “Total Appointment Requests” tile was changed to now display recent requests and matches the logic used in the appointment requests report. The unused microsite “Other” tab and SRS basic opt-in banner code have been removed for clarity since those features are no longer available.

Insurance – Copay and Group ID Added to PDF
The Insurance PDF now displays Copay and Group ID information when available, providing a more complete view of insurance verification data. This update enhances the credibility and value of the PDF writeback for users.

Intake – Standardized Insurance Field Names and Order
Standardized the field names and sequence within the Insurance section across packet creation, patient intake forms, and completed PDF views. We also updated several labels and the section header for clarity, and removed the “Billing Priority” field for consistency.

Insurance – Zero Displayed for No Remaining Amount
Fixed an issue where insurance remaining amounts of zero were shown as “unknown” instead of zero. Now, when there is no remaining balance, zero is correctly displayed.
SR Schedule – Appointment Request Blocked by Filter
Resolved an issue where the “Primary Policy Holder” field, when disabled, could still prevent patients from submitting appointment requests if marked as required. Disabling this field now ensures it does not block form submission regardless of its required status.
Location Hub – Faster Loading of Newsletter Creation Page
The newsletter creation page in Location Hub now loads significantly faster by fetching images in smaller batches instead of all at once. Users can begin editing immediately while images continue to load in the background.
SR Schedule – Improved Post-Booking Page Load
Fixed an issue where the patient-facing post-booking page in SR Schedule loaded slowly and briefly displayed incorrect content before the loading animation appeared. The page now loads smoothly without visual glitches.
Insurance – Verification Status Updating Correctly
Resolved an issue where insurance verification status and source dates were not updating after changes in the originating system, resulting in outdated or incorrect indicators. Status and dates now update reliably across all relevant areas.
Intake PDF – Additional Forms Displaying Correctly
Fixed an issue where additional forms that did not require signatures were omitted from the Intake PDF. All additional forms, regardless of signature requirements, now display correctly in the generated PDF.
