Conversations – Multi-Recipient Messages to Unknown Patient Numbers
Reaching a new patient or caregiver shouldn’t require them to already be in your system. Multi-recipient messaging in Conversations now supports unknown numbers, so your team can send group messages to new contacts right alongside existing ones, without any extra steps.

Insurance – New Verification and Eligibility Portals
Verifying coverage across different payers takes enough time as it is. We’ve added four new insurance portals, Capital Blue Cross, Envolve Dental, Superior Dental Care, and Wellmark, so your team has more of the connections they need in one place.

Intake – View Packet Menu Option
Before sending an intake packet, your team needs to be confident everything looks right. A new “View packet” option lets users review all packet contents in a read-only view without any risk of accidentally changing something, making internal reviews faster and less stressful.
Intake – New Patient Form: Relation To Patient Order
We’ve improved insurance data source notifications so failed authentication events now trigger the right alerts. This gives your team better visibility when a connection needs attention and helps make sure insurance connection statuses are easier to understand.
SR Pay – Increased Payment Limit with Payrix
For practices processing larger transactions, hitting an artificial ceiling in the middle of a payment creates unnecessary friction. SR Pay users can now process payments up to $99,999.99 through Conversations, Terminal Payments, Take Action Calendar, and the payment history table. A verification banner appears for amounts of $5,000 and above, and all processed payments are reflected in the payment history table. The Adhoc payment page remains limited to $9,999.99.
SR Schedule – Alternate Language Support
Patients who speak Spanish or Québécois French deserve the same clear scheduling experience as everyone else. SR Schedule now supports alternate language input for Banners, Appointment Types, location descriptions, and provider descriptions, so your team can add translations that display scheduling information in a patient’s preferred language. Updated UI elements and info pop-ups are included as part of this update.

Telehealth – Now in SR Conversations 2.0
Having to toggle between platform versions to access all your tools slows your team down. Telehealth is now fully available within Conversations 2.0, with all previous functionality intact and a refreshed design that fits the new platform, so everything your team needs is in one place.

We made several under-the-hood fixes and security updates this release. The kind of work that keeps things running the way your team expects them to.
