  • Automatically send out post-visit surveys for telehealth appointments conducted through SR Telehealth video or third-party tools.
  • Integrate with many practice management systems and EHRs to pull patient, appointment, and schedule information for a more streamlined workflow.

To help organizations effectively embrace and implement telehealth, Solutionreach is also offering a professional implementation service.
