New Conversations Message Notification

Addition of More Data to Confirmation Writebacks – Epic Clients

  • More data is now sent in an SIU for confirmation writebacks.
    • Epic request in order to process on their end.
  • New HL7 data requested:
    • ResourceGroupId & Group name (RGS) – Location.
    • UniversalServiceId & description (AIS) – Appointment Type.
    • PersonnelResourceId & Name (AIP) – Provider.

Immediate Reminder Workflow

  • immediate reminder workflow screen shotImmediate reminders are sent when the specified interval has lapsed after the creation of an appointment.
  • Previously we would send an immediate reminder even if the appointment had started. (Ex: The appt started 1 hour after it was created but the reminder was sent at 3 hours)
  • We now prevent sending immediate reminders if the appointments has already started when the interval has lapsed.
  • If customer find they are missing a significant number of immediate reminders reduce the interval.
