SR UPDATES

Pre-Visit Instructions: Update Legal Verbiage

Why? 

  • We would like to assist our customers with knowing what information can be included or not in their pre-visit instructions so that they do not get into legal trouble.

What you need to know:

  • We added clarification that Marketing messages cannot be added to Pre-visit Instructions.

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS

  • Surveys: Update verbiage on thank-you page when Referrals disabled 
    • We removed the referral verbiage if referrals are not being collected on surveys.
  • Navigation: Add Billing to navigation for the ‘My Account’ tab 
    • In an effort to assist clients with where to find their billing history, we have changed the navigation name from “My Account” to “My Account & Billing” for accounts not associated to a Location Hub account.
  • SRC 2.0: Fix the scroll for the Quick Messages section 
    • In SRC 2.0, there was a missing scroll bar from the Quick Messages menu when there were too many custom templates to show in the view at once. The scroll bar has been added back.
  • Intake: Fix Broken SR Intake Link caused by Android update
    • Android released an update that was breaking URLs that were followed by a period. We have removed the period from the Intake templates to avoid links breaking.
  • SR Pay: Batch Upload Templates Returning 404 Error 
    • When attempting to download an example template within SR Pay, it took you to a 404 error page. This has been resolved and the templates are available.
  • Birthday: Images changing to Random when Reminders Email Design Layout is edited 
    • We fixed an issue that occurred when a user updated the Email Design Layout for the Reminder Templates. The Birthday image selection changed to the random option. If no options were selected in random, it displayed the message, “no image is selected” and no image was sent with the birthday message.
  • Post-Appointment Survey: submission fails if Facebook is not linked 
    • Post-Appointment Survey submissions failed for SR Reputation Engine Pro users if Facebook was not linked. This has been resolved.
  • Location Hub: Unable to create Newsletter Practice Layouts 
    • We fixed a bug where the Newsletter Practice Layout editor failed to load the default layout and the image list for a client.
