This month was jammed packed with product updates. So let's jump right into it.


Automated Appointment Reminders

Automated appointment reminders are a key component to office efficiency, that is why we’ve added two additional features that help you save even more time and better communicate with your patients.

The first is the immediate reminder settings. Check this box if you want your patients to get a message about their appointment the moment the appointment is registered in Solutionreach. 

If this box is checked the immediate reminder will not be sent if another message is scheduled to be sent within a set number of days that you choose.

Automated Cancellation/Reschedule Response

Our next update involves cancellations and rescheduling appointments. Once in a while a patient needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Sometimes things just come up in their lives.   

If a patient responds to an appointment confirmation text, requesting to cancel or reschedule, Solutionreach can now respond with an automated message prompting that patient to call your office, saving you the back and forth of having to manually respond.

To turn this functionality on, simply navigate to delivery settings in the Platform and check this box.

SR Intake

Our next update involves SR Intake. We have improved the address verification process for patients when accessing their SR Intake forms. Rather than entering their zip code, they will be prompted to select their address from a list of four options.
