Introducing SR Spotlight

SR Spotlight is the latest solution to be added the Solutionreach suit.

So what is SR Spotlight?
When a patient calls your practice, SR Spotlight allows you to know the name and needed information of the patient before you pick up the phone. SR Spotlight will provide a list of action item you can address with the patient. This list will appear in a pop-up window of your computer screen triggered off of an inbound phone call.
