    Action List Update

    You can now scroll the action list to show your schedule up to 30 days in the past and seven days in the future. This will allow you to see tasks you didn’t complete the day before and any tasks you have in the future. If your practice uses SR Smart Reviews, this feature also gives you the ability to send review invitations manually to patients you saw the day before. Learn more.

    Three Ways to Use SR Conversations

    1. Rescheduling: When an appointment needs to be rescheduled, save time by texting the patient the next available appointment instead of calling. Most people are busy during the day and they don’t always have time to step away from their responsibilities to take your call. But almost everyone can find the time to text.
    2. Insurance forms: It’s important to always have your patients’ updated insurance information on file. Send a text to the patients who don’t have current insurance information in your PM and ask for a picture of their insurance card. This saves your practice time at check-in and reduces the chance of a missed appointment because the patient forgot their paperwork. Remember to use the HIPAA consent tool before you discuss any protected health information.
    3. Check-ups: As a patient, it’s always nice to know your doctor cares about you. If a patient has a procedure that takes a few days of recovery, send a quick text to check-in with them. This will solidify your patient relationships and build loyalty.
