Release Notes 04-29-22

Posted on Apr 29, 2022 by Mike Rigert

In this release, we’ve focused on improving the customer experience by ...

    • Adding a Multi-Recipient Message “Go to Thread” Banner for clarification.
    • Updating the Enterprise SR Reputation Engine account creation backend workflow.
    • Fixing a bug where non-telehealth patients appeared in SRC Telehealth.
    • Fixing the Recall Value and a typo on the QBR/Message Effectiveness Report.
    • Making some security updates.

SRC 2.0: Multi-Recipient Message "Go to Thread" Banner

    • With the recent release of multi-recipient messaging there was confusion on how to text a single patient using the compose new message button. Because of this we released a quick fix to add clarity that the user needs to click “Go to Thread” to start texting a single patient.
      • Please note: we recognize this is not an ideal flow and we will be improving this ASAP.

    What you need to know:
    • When a single patient is selected in multi-recipient mode:
      • Informational wording will appear to add another recipient or click "Go to thread."
      • The ability to send by hitting enter is disabled so an error is not thrown.
      • The send button is in a disabled state so the user knows the message cannot be sent.

    Other Highlights

    • Updated the Enterprise SR Reputation Engine Account Creation Workflow.
      • Providing a way to onboard Enterprise accounts without having to migrate child accounts manually and provide a better onboarding experience for our multiple location customers.
    • Fixed a bug where non-telehealth patients appeared in the SRC Telehealth waiting room.
      • Non-telehealth appointments were getting telehealth links created for them and were in the upcoming appointments list. This has been fixed and we are showing only telehealth appointments.
    • Fixed the Recall Value on the Message Effectiveness (QBR) Report.
      • We fixed the Recall Value to be the sum of the value of Recall appointments, rather than ALL appointments.
      • We also fixed a typo where the CSVs "Region" column was "Origin".
    • Backend Updates to Enhance Security.
      • Upgraded software libraries to enhance security.
