In this release we’ve focused on improving the customer experience by…
Reducing patient frustration when completing intake packets
Squashing some pesky little bugs!
SR Intake: Automatically add phone punctuation
We noticed the opportunity to enhance the user experience as it relates to phone numbers within the SR Intake experience. Now when a patient types a number, the format will automatically update. This provides a better user experience and a streamlined style for offices receiving the data.
What you need to know:
- Applies to the following fields:
- Cell phone
- Home phone
- Work phone
- Emergency contact phone
- Patients can add a max of 14 characters
- The phone number is validated upon completion of the last digit
- Adds punctuation while typing with the format of "(xxx) xxx-xxxx"
SR Conversations: SRC widget needing a higher layer scheme
Some clients were unable to use the website widget due to a low layer scheme. This has been updated to support higher layer schemes.
Messages: Email signature text color not readable in mobile friendly emails
Some browsers and email clients were not applying our background color and font color styling correctly. We have made changes to our code to increase the probability of this text appearing readable for patients.
SR Schedule: SR Notify Appointment Request Notifications Don’t Show Phone Numbers for Returning Patients
When a returning patient scheduled an appointment via SR Schedule, their phone number was not appearing in the details for the request. This made it difficult for practices to verify the patient's number had not changed and/or verify patients requesting appointments. This has been resolved and the phone number will now show in the details when requested by the practice.
