UPDATES
SR Intake: Automation through Pre-visit Instructions
Customers are now able to automatically send patient intake packets through Pre-Visit Instructions. Previously, staff could only send intake packets one at a time through the Action List, Schedule, Patient Profile, or SR Conversations. The time required to support this workflow quickly adds up for offices with 30+ appointments on a normal day. This release will save office staff time by reducing the number of routine tasks done on a daily and even hourly basis. Furthermore, it may also increase the percentage of completed intake packets given patients can be provided access days in advance.
What you need to know...
- An “Intake” token has been added as an option to Pre-Visit Instructions within Appointment Reminders. (Tokens are pieces of code that automatically populate information in a message.)
- How to use it:
- Select the intake packet token to trigger a drop-down display of active packet options.
- Select the desired packet to include in the Pre-Visit Instruction.
- Patients will receive the intake packet URL via text and/or email, depending on their available devices.
- Only one packet may be selected for each Pre-Visit Instruction
- Offices can customize the messaging around the intake packet to include verbiage that fits their office’s needs.
- Once the packet is sent, the intake sent status will update on the Action List, Schedule, and Patient Profile.
- A sample link is shown in the Pre-Visit Instructions preview as plain text
- Intake packets can be added to Immediate, Weekly, Daily, and/or Hourly Reminder types.
- Patients who complete an intake packet will not be able to re-submit if they receive the same link in a follow-up Reminder. Instead, an intake completion page will display with the following message: “You’ve already completed this form, you’re all set here! We look forward to seeing you in our office soon.”
- Suggested best practices: Create a COVID-19 intake packet using the existing system template and attach it to Daily or Hourly Reminders.

SR Conversations: Add website widget customization
Organizations using the SR Conversations website widget are now able to customize the design of the widget. The following customization enhancements have been added:
- Customers are now able to select from 6 different icons, a large collection of colors, and choose where to display the widget on the page (bottom right corner, bottom left corner).
- A new widget preview box has also been created. When users save their changes they can see what the widget will look like and where it will place once the code is added to the website.
- A new Welcome Prompt that will automatically popup when the widget is loaded. This is customizable by the practice.
Additional enhancements include...
- A new tab just for the website widget in SR Conversations
- A new section “Design Options” has been added. The Welcome Prompt and Widget Message along with the new design enhancements now display in this section.
- To help users understand where to paste the snippet of code onto their website, the following prompt has been added to the “Code for your website” section: "Copy this code and install the script tag as the last tag on the </head> tag or the last thing on the page, right before the </body> closing tag."

Platform: Update Voice email notification to include quick link
The email notification that is sent to staff members alerting them that there is a voicemail now includes a quick link linking directly to the message. This creates a more customer friendly user experience and reduces the amount of time to do routine tasks.

SR Schedule: No appointments found banner now generic
Up until now, the no “appointments found banner” included a line about how there were no available selections within the next 6 months. However, some customers only pull in 3 months worth of appointments. To make the banner message more inclusive, the banner message no longer mentions a timeframe. The message has been changed to, “There are no appointments matching your selections for this provider. Please contact the office to schedule an appointment by calling [office phone number]”

SR Schedule: Include option to display Province and Postal
The ten Canadian provinces and corresponding postal codes have been added as options to SR Schedule, thus making it accessible to patients living in Canada. The following fields have been updated to reflect these changes:
- ‘State’ is now ‘State/Province’
- ‘Zip’ is now ‘Zip/Postal’

PatientReach*: Continue sunset initiative by removing PatientReach users from Overview > Statistics section
In this release we’ve removed data that is no longer applicable for customers from the Overview page.
The following assets have been removed:
- PatientReach users
- PatientReach link
*As a reminder, we are planning to deprecate all PatientReach products in early 2021. This means we are slowly removing features and stopping to support further mobile development. We are developing a solution to replace PatientReach Portal.
Platform: Updated the Statistics section on the Overview page and Microsite Settings to reflect current functionality
We’ve updated the Statistics section on the Overview page and Microsite Settings to reflect current functionality. Because the ability to support video is no longer available, the checkbox to display the top 5 videos on the Microsite Settings page has been removed. Similarly, we removed the link to view Video Testimonials from the Statistics page on the Overview page.
BUG FIXES
SR Intake: Issue with intake adding multiple patients but only allowing one device
SR Intake users can opt to exit the SR Intake modal from Schedule by clicking the ‘Cancel’ button. However, a bug was causing not only users from exiting, but also actually cancelling the previous intake form from sending. This bug has been resolved and users can exit out of the SR Intake modal without impacting the previously sent intake form.
Practice Select: Unread messages
A bug was identified that caused additional subID’s to display on the report if they also had unread messages. This has been corrected and the report will only show data for the locations selected.
