This month’s updates are all about making your messaging even better as well as giving you extra insight into when patients have filled out their intake form.

Recall Message Throttling

Let’s start with recall. We all know that an effective recall strategy is vital to overall practice success. But how many messages should you send? If you send too many, you’ll be overwhelmed with appointment requests. Too few and you end up with empty spots on the schedule. This is why our throttling feature is so important. 

We’ve added a ton more throttling options for recall messages to better fit the needs of your practice. You can now set the recall throttling to send messages to 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 1000 or even 2000 patients each day.

To make changes to the message throttling, you’ll want to go to the Recall Schedules page. From there you select how many messages to send out each day.


Cancel/Reschedule response message

In addition to our recall throttle changes, we recently added the ability to automate your response to all of those “appointment cancellation” or “reschedule” messages. Your automated response can be edited to easily include any information your practice deems necessary.

To edit this message, navigate to your Delivery Settings tab in your Account Settings in the platform. From there you’ll be able to edit the message.


SR Intake

Finally, what we’ve all been waiting for SR Intake! Both of the SR Intake updates this month are around completed forms. 

First, in order to make it easier for you to view all the completed forms, we’ve added a “Completed Forms” tab on the SR Intake page. From this tab, you can view all the patients who have completed their set of forms as well as the day they were completed. You can also view their forms by simply clicking on the patient's name.

Second, you can now receive an email notification that a patient has completed their intake form. This is awesome because it will save you time verifying which patients completed their intake form and which ones’ did not.
