Our Commitment to Beta Testing

Posted on Jul 19, 2020 by Hilary Melander

The Solutionreach platform has become indispensable and central to the every-day workflow for tens-of-thousands of healthcare organizations. With this deepend dependency, we are strengthening our product development life-cycle with a more robust beta testing program.

    What is beta testing?

Beta testing is the practice of allowing real-life end users to validate products or feature enhancements for functionality, usability, reliability, and compatibility. Furthermore, user feedback is used to enhance the quality of the product by influencing the product roadmap. Beta testing allows us to more closely involve customers in the product development process.

    Why now?

Healthcare organizations of all sizes and scales depend on the Solutionreach platform to support the end-to-end workflow for both in-office and virtual services. This involves everything from critical appointment reminders, scheduling, digital intake, the actual telehealth solution, and even the parking lot waiting room. The more healthcare organizations depend on a single product, the more confidence they need that the product has been tested in the real world, is easy to use, and all supportive documentation provided has been tried and tested.

What types of products and feature releases will qualify for a beta testing period?

New products and feature enhancements that result in significant changes to the Solutionreach workflow will qualify for a beta testing period.

As of July 2020, we have three products and feature enhancements available for beta testing:

Is your organization a good candidate for beta testing?

Ideal organizations include those that view themselves as early adopters, have a strong IT support structure, are interested in influencing product development and are willing to sacrifice a great launch experience for a good beta experience are ideal beta testing candidates.

How can your organization be involved?

Fill out this form to be added to a list of Solutionreach beta testers. If you already know which specific beta you would like to participate in you may also indicate that there. When a product is released to beta, we will send a general announcement with a description of the product, the problem it is solving and any other relevant information you will need to know to make your decision and next steps.

We look forward to improving the quality of our products and deepening our partnership with you, our loyal customers, through our beta testing program.
