    Attention SR Conversation Users (and future users)!

    If your PM or EHR tracks a preferred language for your patients (say Spanish, for example), Solutionreach will now sync that info, and allow you to create and automatically assign messages in that language to those patients.

    This eliminates the need to manually update each patient's preferred language message one by one. ¡Muy bien! 

    More details:

    • Appointment reminders only (text and email)
    • Tokens and buttons are not translated 
    • Patient's preferred language is displayed on their Patient Profile
