    In this release, we’ve focused on improving the customer experience by ...

    • Creating a Missed Appointment Message Report in Location Hub.
    • Improving the search on the Activate Locations page.
    • Updating the navigation for SR Reputation Engine in Location Hub.
    • Allowing users to underline text in SR Intake Additional Forms.
    • Correcting the Spanish Intake invitation to be fully in Spanish.
    • Improving backend code.


    Location Hub: Missed Appointment Message Report

    • Location Hub columns screenshotLocation Hub users want the ability to run a report of the total number of patients that have been sent a missed appointment message for a given time period, as well as the number of rescheduled appointments and their percentage.

    • We created a report for customers to be able to see pertinent information regarding no-show appointments.
    • Report Name: Missed Appointment Messages Sent
    • Report Description: Missed Appointment messages sent by month/year. Rescheduled appointments = count of all appointments scheduled by the patient within 1 month of the last message.


    SR Reputation Engine: Location Hub Nav Updates

    Consistency is key in user experience and our navigation wasn’t consistent for SR Reputation Engine between the Location Hub and Individual practices.


    • The green and gray indicators are now showing next to SR Reputation Engine when "Activate Locations" is selected in both instances.
    • In Location Hub, we changed the navigation menu to:
      • Reputation Manager
        • Activate Locations
        • SR Reputation Engine





    Other Highlights


    • SR Intake: Unable to save underline in additional forms.
      • Fixed a bug that prevented the saving of underlined text in SR Intake.

    • SR Intake: Spanish invite message reads hybrid Spanish/English.
      • Fixed a bug that displayed both Spanish and English text in Spanish reminders. Now it only contains Spanish.

    • SR Reputation Engine: Keyword search for the location search bar on the Activate Locations page.
      • Improved the search to allow for any part of the practice name to return results.
