SR Intake: Update the COVID-19 Questionnaire template to include the latest updates from the CDC
The CDC has updated some of the questions and available responses they recommend using to help screen for COVID-19 in patients. In this release, the SR Intake questionnaire template titled, “TEMPLATE: COVID-19 Pre-screen” has been updated to match the changes recommended by the CDC.
SR Smart Reviews: Report improvements
According to the Smart Reviews Sent report, patients were showing as if they had clicked on the internal review button in Smart Reviews without leaving an NPS score, which shouldn't be possible and confused some of our customers and even us. This has been fixed AND we made it even better!
What you need to know:
- The 'Link Clicked' column header has been renamed to 'Review Site Clicked'
- A new column, titled 'Invite Link Clicked' has been added. This column displays a timestamps if the link within the invite is clicked but displays 'N/A' if the link is not clicked
